Refund policy
Returns
- If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Email: gustavskruzbergs@gmail.com. We respond within 12 hours during business hours.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Reserved Rights
- Once a return is initiated, items have 14 days to arrive at our warehouse or we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Damaged or Missing Orders
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll issue a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
