How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days. We ship internationally from our supplier network, so please allow the full window before contacting us. Tracking information is sent once your order dispatches.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@beautifyshopnet.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can cancel or modify orders within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders are sent to fulfilment and cannot be changed. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details or email support@beautifyshopnet.com to start a return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@beautifyshopnet.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
